Text Effect Tutorial

You Will Need

  • Paint Shop Pro
  • No redistributing, copying, or stealing this tutorial. Link Back if it helps you.
    • 1. Go ahead and type your text like normal. Press "OK", and your text should have black animated dashes around it.
    2. Go to Effects>>3D Effects>>Cutout. Match your settings to mine, and click "OK.:

    3. Save it, and your done!
